The texture files can be downloaded in a separate Rar file you can find under the 'other' filetype ( Textures.rar ).

The Softimage file is actually an XSI Model, but that file format description was not available.

I also included the original undeformed eyes, so you can add a lattice deformer if you want to rig him. The XSI model already has a lattice deformer for the eyes.
