3d model ak-47 assault rifle - AK-47 model by csveen

A highly detailed subdivision-based 3d model including high resolution texture maps and materials in a ready-to-render scene (Max-version). Also includes ammunition as seen above.

Available in the following formats:
- 3dsMax (v.9)
- .OBJ
- .FBX.
These should be easily imported into most 3d applications.

Please note:

- Texture maps are included in the file 'ak47_max9.zip'.
- Texture resolution: 4096x4096.
- UV mapping has no overlapping vertices and is thus optimal for further detailing in applications such as Zbrush, and this also makes it easy to generate high definition normalmaps.
- Reflections in the renders above are accomplished by using a simple 2d reflection bitmap, this can easily be replaced/tweaked depending on your needs.

Polycounts (without subdivisions):
- Ak47 model: 8305 polygons (easy to optimize for real-time useage).
- Bullet: 225 polygons (each).
