Description
This is a Bolex K2 Automatic 8mm Camera from 1964. Probably one of the most technically advanced 8mm film cameras to be released. Weighing in at a compact 2lbs. with its Aluminum body with leather covering; black crinkle-finish paint on top and rear. This is a hand wound mechanism. The key folds up onto the side of the camera. The lens is one top notch quality Kern Vario-Switar 8-36mm f/1.9 zoom lens with power-zoom control powered by two batteries. The film runs off of a 25ft daylight loading spools of double run 8mm film. When a roll runs through the camera, only half the width of film is exposed. The spool is then reversed and run through again, exposing the other half. When processed, film is split and spliced together giving 50' for projection. Projection time at 16 fps for 25' roll is 4 minutes.

This model is a super accurate, super detailed piece with included UV wraps and textures weighing in at a small 74463 vertices, and 74795 Faces. Physically accurate lens and aperture markings.
