The model is a subdivision surface object.

The model was created with LightWave 3D and the presentation images are rendered with LightWave. The 3ds Max version are manually converted and Geometry and UV's are identical and similar materials are setup with Mental. The object is in Real World Scale. Obj export is available as well which can be imported into most 3D packages available.
