The materials included will only work correctly with the .c4d file.
Users of other formats will have to tweak the materials. For the crystal look it is important to have a high refraction index (for example 1.4). The .3ds version will have a higher polygon/vertex count, since the model is triangulated in the conversion-process.
The model is NOT a copy of an existing design.
