This is an excellent collection of 20 Super Skyscrapers and 6 Mile-High Skyscrapers for futuristic, science fiction, or fantasy artwork, matte painting, animations, movies, games, and in many cases, even for actual architectural construction! Many of these buildings include great sci-fi set ideas such as landing pads, public transportation areas, bridges, terraces, and others. All buildings have ground-level doors (textures) for additional story scene ideas. Each building is also available for individual purchase.
Plus, 205 Textures were made specifically for this collection and are included! AND... you may use these textures yourself in the models you make and distribute for free or for sale! Many of these textures are the Alpha maps to the door and window textures in each building. ALL window and door textures in each building are preset with Alpha maps, allowing you to turn on Reflections or internal illumination if you so choose.
Make sure you read the included Read Me file before using these models and textures, but to quickly sum it up, you may use these models in any personal or commercial work, with the only limit being you may not redistribute the models. And with the textures, the only limit is you may not directly distribute any of the textures as stand-alone textures or in texture collections. But beyond that, feel free to use them to create whatever you want!
The included Read Me file also provides helpful instructions on use, as well as the measuring system used to create and accurately measure these buildings. They weren't made up numbers. :)
