Description
This is a scientifically accurate globe of what the earth looked like in the early jurasic period about 195 million years ago according to scientific theory. Pangea was the last super continent to be formed before the continents broke apart and became what we see today.

This comes in high detail and low detail. To revert back to high detail just click on the globe and delete optimize in the modifier stack.

The cloud layer is a procedural atmospheric effect for a realistic puffy cloud look.

I did not download this map, I generated the outlines from plate technonics software and then painted the landmass in.

Both the cloud layer and the atmospheric layer are hidden in max to make the globe easier to work with. You can easily unhide them by right clicking and selecting unhide all. Either way they will still show up in the render.

Great for far away and orbital shots.

Excellent for Science presentations or movies involving plate technonics or the time of the dinosaurs
