This is a 1024x1024 tilable concrete sidewalk texture complete with normal map and specular map. The normal map is not a simple photoshop convert, it is the result of a high res 1,000,000+ poly mesh being converted for fine detail, as well as a simpler mesh being converted for larger detail. This provides the most accurate (and by far best looking) normal map available. The specular map is simple but does a good job, as concrete is not the shinniest thing in the world. The example image is a real time shot from maya displaying the tangent space normal effect with a single point light, and a low intensity ambient light just for back lighting. This scene is included in the file as well. You can see how the maps are hooked up and used inside of maya, and apply it to your 3d package of choice.
