- Third one is a mapping / rendering test with the bump map applied *************************************** All the textures I upload on TS are made from HQ original pictures, taken by me, with a 5 MegaPixels Digital Camera (res = 2576x1932 / 1932x2576). Here are the steps I follow for each texture : - Perfect extraction from original picture
- Inconvenient objects removal
- Shadows removal/reduction
- General corrections (brightness, sharpness, noise, colors, ...)
- Make it perfectly seamless/tileable (if applicable)
- Save a HQ JPEG (compression = 95 %)
- Test on a 3D primitive |
