This model is available with either a rough brick or stucco exterior. It is available for Lightwave(v7.5) or as a Max(v5) model Note: 3DS Max version 8 does not like the older version spotlights in the Max file, you need only replace that light with the version 8 free spot or render using 'ActiveShade'.
