A 3DSMax New York City street scene created for an upcoming CryEngine2 mod (the engine behind Crysis, a PC game), so it is quite reasonable in polycount, especially for LOD0. Most of the polygons are used for creating the realistic ramps of the 'road bridge' (sorry for my bad english, as I originally speak french!), and can be easily replaced by a simple 2D 'ramp' texture to heavily drop the overall polycount of the scene.
They can also be used for your 3D animation video project.Each window element is a seperate plane model, so you can easily set each of them to break down in pieces when shooting at them individually, thus far providing increased in-game realism if you intend to use this building in your video game project. Feel free to use it in any personnal or commercial project without further prior notice. Those assets will fulfill your needs for real-time uses. No textures provided.
