Package includes bitmaps, models (parts separated into layers) and scene with pivots and parentage (rigged) so you can rotate wheels.
All you have to do is to load object from scene without light sources, all settings should be loaded automaticaly.
You can modify quality of model with Object Properties of selected layer (Geometry -> Render SubPatch Level).
You can also load model without interior and change value of transparency of window glass textures.
