Model shows nucleus, two electrons in the inner shell and one in the outer shell. It is IMPORTANT to note that the effects shown here were done in video post. I have set this up so it is in the file. You just have to got to rendering/video post and render the sequence set up. If you don't want to bother with video post, I have set up glows. They just need to be turned on in the effects window. The poly count for each lithium atom is 3558. There are 7 atoms making 24906 polys if you have them all in the scene. If you want to just use one atom, I have set up the layers manager so you can turn off the 'full scene' layer and focus on the single atom.
