An accurately scaled and modeled low polygon Victoria Class submarine of the Canadian Navy. With a polygon count of just 2900 this model has been professionally developed for simulation and game use. It is properly uv mapped and fully textured. The primary texture is a 1024 x 1024 bitmap. All control surfaces, including dive planes, rudders, prop, and periscopes are independent objects for easy animation.

        The diesel-electric Victoria class submarines were originally built for the Royal Navy starting in the late 80’s as the Upholder class. The class was cut to only four boats due to the end of the Cold War and by 1994 the class had been retired due to the Royal Navy’s choice to go to an all nuclear submarine force. The Canadian Navy purchased the submarines in 1998 and they remain in service today.
