Maya file is polysmoothed and OBJ is a poly file which needs to be smoothed or subdivided. These files include correct UV's. OBJ file may need image files reapplied.

All the previews you see here are rendered in Lightwave using FPrime. Appearance may differ and requires some adjustments in other software.
