Description
Vodafone Blackberry 7100v Polygonal Poster Print Quality Model created in Alias StudioTools converted to polygons inside 3DStudioMAX V8 with finalRender materials and very high resolution maps. suited for hight quality cinematic animations and product displays. I modeled this object to tryout Alias StudioTools V13 and test showcase my precision modeling and rendering skils. All the reference material came either from actual caliper measurements of the object, scans or photographs freely available on the internet. I am available fro contract modeling.

I favor NURBS over Polygons due to the accuracy and design history surface modeling provides (as well as the manufacturability my models require), over subdivision surfaces or other polygonal modeling techniques. I have received several requests for a polygonal version of this model and thus here it is. The whole scene contains the same mesh tessellated from the original NURBS surfaces rendered previously in MAX V8, but I have also included a 3Ds file of the model for others to experiment with in their favorite CGI tool.
