This clip is from a Washington D.C. footage library. Some of the clips were shot on film (16mm) and some of the clips were shot on digital video. I believe this clip is one of the clips shot on film. It has been split in half and converted to 2 Quicktime files (.MOV). This has been done to make the clip 'light' enough to upload here at Turbo Squid. The files are named with an 'A' and a 'B' version. The duration of the shot (both files together) is 00:00:13:09 (13 Sec & 9 Frames).
The clip is NTSC D1 resolution 720 x 486 Millions of Colors.
