This is a high resolution structure....the fire exit, the architecture in general is highly detailed...no booleans and no bump maps,everything is polygonal geometry....the alignment and proportion is done perfectly well(meters scale)...the model can be used as a commercial or a residential building suitable for close up renders...all files are zipped,light set up not included
