| This is a clone of the Indianapolis speedway. The track is 2.5 miles long and it has the classic layout of the INDY. This scene is very similar to the real location, but with a few small tweaks, and no logos. This is a game ready race track for use in any type of game ready project. The entire track is under 86,200 polygons. Detail focus was on the inner racetrack. The only detail outside of the oval is the grandstands. This model also includes a 'Shadow mesh' that lines up with the inside terrain, and fakes a pre-burned in shadow, see above image. ***ADDED: Alpha Fan layers in the grand stand*** I added them to the current scene, they can be removed, but if you use the 'card spectators' they would increase your poly counts to the following: triangles: 112743 Faces: 99086 Vertices: 64633 |
