| 9 mm SMG modeled in Carrara 4.0 and provided in .car, .3ds, and .obj formats. This weapon was carefully modeled to scale with a poly-count high enough for first-person shooters, but modest enough for third-person shooters as well. The model includes five separate groups: the receiver, the trigger, the helical drum magazine, the magazine winding knob, and the foregrip. This design facilitates reloading/winding animation sequences and trigger movement. The foregrip can also be removed to create the 'pistol' version. All textures are hand-made and UV-mapped (rather than questionable planar-mapped photographs). The highest texture resolution is 512 x 512. This model is based on a rare real-life weapon called the M960 by Calico. The sub machine gun features a top-mounted helical magazine that can hold 50 or 100 rounds (the 50-round version is included with the model). Spent casings are ejected from the hollow well beneath the firearm, rather than to the side like many conventional machine guns. This is a truly unique weapon and a must-have for your next video game mod.
