I will inculde 4 files in the zip, the model ready to be rigged and the white color scene as well as a scene with the arms to be rigged to your liking. Also included is the texture to add to the blinn shader for the chrome color. The model was rendered in mental ray and the cell shaded pictures were done in maya vector. the white color scene is set up and all materials are included inside all files. The arms are rigged as you can tell from the pictures but in case you wanted to rig it differently i included the arm file. This model is high detailed with a unique look.
