| This is a high detail “Portugal Flag Version” model of a standard Soccer ball. I have created version for each team participating in the World Cup in Germany. All textures were hand made in PhotoShop and can be easily changed or modified. The max scene comes with the grass model. The Scatter modifier was used to create the grass. Just add a Mesh Smooth modifier to the ball with smoothing groups turned on to get a broadcast quality render. The 3ds export is very clean. You may need to re-apply maps on the ball depending on your 3D package. They have been provided with the 3ds zip file and should be easy to understand.
