All Signs come in two versions, clean or dirty making 466 textures in all.
Also included is a clean or dirty specularity map for each sign, a bump map for each sign, and a 3dstudio max 6 file including a low poly sign with materials made up for samples showing each of the four types of sign in both clean and dirty versions.

The textures come in the form of photoshop files with five layers per file, one each for the bump, clean texture, clean specularity, dirty texture and dirty specularity.

All in all, this collection is amazing value at less than 25 cents per texture.
