The small statue that give the House of Deers its name.
Description
The House of Deers is a large house unearthed in Herculaneum, one of the cities buried by Mt. Vesuvius in the year 79. In the garden of the house was a small statue of a deer being attacked by canines of some sort. The statue gave the house its name.
