| The spokes and the rims are One complete mesh, it not two different pieces. The polycount above is without the effects of the nurb modifiers. the polygon count breaks down like this: *Rim/spokes: 3950 Rivets(grouped and rotated, there are 25 of them): 2264 each *Lug Nuts(instanced and rotated): 552 each *=uses hypernurbs object. Right now its only for version R9, other file types coming soon as well as for older c4d version as well. [edit]: other file types uploaded. all tested and works fine with rhino 3d, 3ds max 6 and 7 and even blender. Notes: --all other file types other than the c4d ones have the spokes/rim in its low poly, but meshsmooth ready form, so just drop it in your modifier and it will look like the images above. same goes for the lug nuts. --In the .3ds format: there are 3 files and they are: 000.3ds - file has spokes and lugz in low poly form(but triangulated) 001.3ds - File has Spokes and lugz in nurb iteration of 1(medium poly size) 002.3ds - File has spokes and lugz in nurb iteration of 2(high poly size) |
