A bathroom. It is all modeled in xsi 4.0. Textures are in a zip file seperate from the object files. The models are all subd adjustable, so you the user can have control over how much detail you need. Note: Material will need to be assigned by the user, but it is pretty easy, just download the zip file and assign the to the right objects, and regarding metal and ceramic material they are also not fully included but I have only used som simple reflections in them so they should not be hard to remake.
