The model is made up of 12 detailed tilable blocks for easy expansion, detailed road network, billboards, and street furniture.

The building texture sizes vary but are approximately 500x1800pixels

Vray lighting setup included in .max7 version only.
The max 5 version has no lighting setup.

This model is primarily optimised for pre-render projects
but can be used for interactive purposes (eg. game environments, Vr walkthroughs etc.)
Textures would need to be scaled for interactive applications.
