| This is a medium poly chestnut riding horse of the modern sporthorse type (updated). Model is unwrapped and fully textured, and includes large 3072x3072 UV color, specular, diffuse, bump and alpha maps to allow large renders and easy transfer between programs. The model may appear completely black until rendered; this is due to global specular, diffuse, and glossiness values being set to 0, with control of these channels overridden by maps, and is not a flaw or corruption in the model itself. A quick test render will help determine how to set your lights to get the results you want. The first five images shown were radiosity rendered using HDRI and a single directional light. The sixth image shows the same model raytraced. If you choose to render with radiosity, you will achieve better results by replacing the DiffuseR map in the Diffuse channel with the SpecmapR map, or removing the diffuse map altogether and setting an appropriate global diffuse value (you may want to start around 75%, and adjust from there, depending on your lighting). Please note that this model has separate color maps/textures for the left and right sides, so any changes made to textures on one side must be duplicated on the other.
