This is a model for the Martin House By the architect Frank Lloyd Wright,in this model you can use either the texture provided for roof tiles or you can merge the modeled tiles (if you want them modeled) but this will increase the polygon count to 75545,all materials & textures are in the zip file, The trees were added in photoshop & they are not provided with the attached files
