| This dam is typical of the mid 20th century constructions of many dams in the highlands of Scotland that formed part of the ‘power from the glens’ project to provide Scotland with electricity from hydropower. It is a Hydropower Dam, namely the dam creates electricity through turbines from the force of the water. As said, this is a low poly scene and is optimised for game engines. However, as you can see from the renders, it also can be used with more high end solutions. .3DS files of each element are included also for people who have lower versions of 3DSMax6 or if you just want a part of the building. These elements are also being sold seperately on Turbosquid too. A standalone exe of this dam will be posted here very soon for free download.
