Using the character studio biped with the skin modifier is a quick and easy way to pose or animate a character.
In the first step i adjust the biped on top of the character's mesh, part 2 shows manual weighting. Total running time around 45 minutes.
Part 2 was split in 4 parts (.rar) since the .avi is a 66 mb file.
