Object good for rendering as a static object with a simple spherical texture. Also could be used for simple animation like jaw opening and closing. "Face" has a cool mischevious evil grin, as you can see from the pic. However the mesh is way too large and complicated (LOTS of texelated tiny polys) for any modifications like endomorphs or UV mapping.
