Models are okay and textures (most of the time) are good.

But be prepared to spend time on these models to get them to work to the way you want it. For example, they are set to use V-ray, some models have lights and camera that will need to be removed, models don't always collapse as expected.

Having said all that, I would recommend (taking into account of low cost) if you are comfortable with playing
