| This guy has been sitting on my hard drive doing nothing for too long (note the love handles). Subdivision surfaces allow you the opportunity to modify him to suit your needs. Add morph targets, rig and UV for a unique look. Mesh is clean, all quads and tris (except eye pupils, which are n-gons); eyes are in a separate file, but properly seated, so all you have to do is drop them into a new layer in your model.
