The paint can be can be changed and or taken off in case you want a plain Paint brush. The textures that are in the render are generic Cinema textures. No texture files accompany this. The Handle is Generic Wood, the brass is an easy to make brass color, and the paint is Geometry on the bristles that can be taken off or color adjusted with a simple generic color texture from your 3D program.

According to a review by biggsy (below) I dropped the price of this brush $13 dollars as I felt this model needed some explanation.
