This torch fire uses standard noise, gradient ramp and falloff maps to realistically simulate the impression of a large-scale torch flame or 'olympic fire'. This effect is independent from commercial third-party plugins, resolution and time scale (combustion effect continues endlessly).You may apply this shader to almost any other geometry, too, and thereby create a variety of different fire effects.
