| The 2004 Yamaha YZF R1; My third motorcycle model. This model was created in Cinema 4D and is fully comprised of polygonal geometry. For me, I find that this gives me immense control over the areas that need more detail, such as the 'Ram Air Intakes' and allows me to leave polygons out of areas that don't need that many, (such as the frame). The Model was UV textured in Bodypaint 3D and the UV map started out at a resoloution of 3200x3200 pixels. This is the size of the included photoshop textures complete with layers making it extremely easy to pinpoint and alter the included paint scheme. Also supplied are smaller Jpeg textures (1024x1024). 5 Channels are used for the Material covering the model; Color, Bump, Specular Color, Reflection and Transparency. All of these channels are included for download. This Model is avaliable in 6 Formats; Cinema 4D-.C4D (version 8) this format is the native format and supports broken edges for the phong shading. Cinema 4D Object-.XML This format should be backwards compatible for older versions of Cinema 4D. Wavefront-.OBJ VRML1-.WRL DXF-This Format is included for compatibility only. NOTE: UV texture information is lost when exporting to DXF. If you are planning to purchase the DXF version do not expect to be able to use the UV map.
