This is a beautiful model, unfortunately there was a problem with the .3DS version, in that several of the structuures are misplaced, so some cleaning up and repositioning is in order. This is likely an issue with either the file conversion as I've seen this kind of issue before. Despite that I can't rate this highly enough, it has saved me weeks of modeling.

Great model. I would have paid more if it had textures, but still great model.
