The characters are cute and were easy to download, however it told me that there were missing dll files. I'm disappointed because the characters aren't set up the way I thought they would be. I thought they would be boned and ready to animate. When I moved her hand back and forth as a motion, the hand moved off and separated from the arm as an individual piece. When I clicked on the foot to move up and down to make her walk, her whole body moved like one stiff board. Can I get these two cha
