If you choose to use the textures for commercial use, do so at your own risk. I could not find contact info to get permission to use the hookups pictures as textures so they are only included to show how the model looks with textures on it and to show mapping placement for easy texture creation of new textures.

The textures are not for sale, the model of the skateboard is.

This model looks best in zmodeler however you will need to do some very small material and rendering work on it to make it look right in 3ds or Lightwave.
