The author -ambientlight- will retain all copyright to the enclosed files. The buyer is purchasing the right to use the file contents, not the files themselves. The buyer may not redistrubute the files, in whole or in part. The buyer must not store this archive anywhere on the internet or other network, where it may be possible for a 3rd party to gain access to the archive. ambientLight retains the right to resell this archive at any price to any other party, and also has the right to stop selling this archive at any time. The buyer has the copyright to any derivative works, using this archive, as long as the original materials cannot be extracted from that work by any means. If ambientlight can prove that any of the archive can be extracted from the derivative work, ambientlight has the right to demand that the original and derivative work and all copies are deleted. ambientlight also has the right to revoke this license if the buyer has violated the terms. This license is non exclusive, and non transferable. Buyer may make a single backup copy of this archive for their own personal backup purposes.
