| This is a model of the lavish Prince Albert Memorial. Designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, it is thought to be a marvel of Victorian opulence and sculptural achievement. Prince Albert headed a massive master-planning vision consisting of exhibition, arts, academic and scientific showcase in Kensington.
