very nice, very high-res texture, but it looks pretty bad tiled over too large of an area because of the dark and light contrasting areas. I will have to even it out a bit to get it to work on a parking lot without looking really textured, but still better than any other asphalt I have used. If you are using a smaller area and/or are placing objects (ie cars) that will break it up a bit, this texture is phenomenal. The best asphalt texture I have laid eyes on.
