Highly detailed movie reel with film. Contemporary reel design.
All of the edges and holes in the reel plates are nicely beveled - great for close-ups. The coiled reel even has a swirl texture on its edge. This file has just been updated so that you no longer have to use the Symbiont textures for the filmstrip. Bitmap textures are now included as standard. As an alternative to the bitmap textures you can use the Symbiont procedural textures (in second included 3DS file). You will need to check that your 3D application supports the FREE Symbiont plugin (www.darksim.com). It's a very cool tool and you can't beat the price! The Symbiont filmstrip texture is procedural and can even be animated to display your own images in the film cells. |
