This is a Shader/Material of the Earth with a bump map. The EarthSourceImages.zip file contains the Maya Texture file and the two source images earthbump1k and earthmap1k.
Description
The Earth Shader contains a blendColors and a ramp file. These files make up the backlite properties of the shader. To adjust the backlight properties of this shader, you can use the shaders ramp node and/or the blendColor node. The blendColor node Color1: Allows you to adjust the size of the backlight, 0: No backlight. 1 is a good backlight.(if you boost the color1 (value > 1), you'll burn out the backlight (but be careful with the specular halo surrounding the object) Color2: modifies the size of specular (like specular Roll Off). The ramp node Interpolation will change the aspect of the backlight. Color's position will change the sharpness of the backlight.
