My name is Devrim Dincer. I am engineer and 3ds max instructor in Turkey. 

I developed a software individually , to make 3d facial animations easily in 3ds max. You can complete the tracking , facial animation setup and the tune of the facial tissue for the 3d head approximately in 2 hours by this software which includes motion capture alghoritm , for 3ds max environment. This software can be seen like an external facial animation plugin for 3ds max.
