Personally i must say ive never been more proud of a render, now i have alot of texture work to do as it is all flat texture BUT the model is is only 1860 polies and is the cleanest all quads model ive made using my own concept art.

That is a very good render for a flat texture. I realy like the generator and i cant wait to see the finished one with the textures that you wanted.

keep up the good work.

Thank you. Im only half way through the mapping proccess but i have already made the texture for the cables as well as the ridges and they came out great, its a pity crazy bump is no longer free because this would have been a good time for it to be here for use. but im putting as much effort in this as i can, i REALLY want this to come out looking like something realistic.

Trying to get some good profolio stuff and implement everything i have learned in the past year. and make a slew of game quality models

Im  still figuring out how im going to do the boarders since the horizintal rings are not the exact same size im going to need to be really meticulous with how they are mapped.

Because of the way i made the texture you can actually change the color of the body and the ridges to anything you want (currently red and green because i said so :^P) and scratch/grunge maps should be simple enough to make/add.

If i can manage it i want to make 3 states for it afterwards (alive, damaged and dead)
