I go to the top of the screen and choose the following options:
Help> Tutorials
The hour glass pops up for maybe a second, but nothing happens.

The Help files and the Tutorials are seperate downloads also found where you downloaded GMAX at TurboSquid.
By the way, no one is watching the forum to answer withing the same hour or even same day. We are just volunteered moderators so we are not paid. We usualy answer withing 1-3 days (that is why we insist on telling everyone to always do a forum search before asking any question so they would get a faster answer).
