I am the Lead Artist and designer on a 3d Naruto fan fiction based mmo for play on XNA on PC and Xbox live. On our team we have 3 Programmers who are well versed in C# and Xna. What we need at the moment are animators and modellers to help us create the environments,materials and character models. Right now I am shouldering the weight of the task but we need your help!
