Cinema 4D can convert to 3ds, allplan, c4d xml, direct 3d, dxf, fbx, illustrator, quickdraw 3d, stl, vrml 1 and 2 and wavefront (obj). Swift3D should be able to use the dxf filformat. However, you should consider that the poly count for that model is around 400,000 polys. I havent used Swift3D since it's 3.x version, so I don't know how well it works on such high polycount. If you don't need the inner invisible parts of the model, the poly count can be lowered by removing these "invisible" parts. Also, this is an animated model. The animation setup can not be converted, so you have to set up the animation sequense from scratch in Swift3D if this is what you want to do with it.
But in all, yes - I could convert that one to a dxf filformat if you like. Test your Swift3D with some high poly model first to see how your comp deals with it. If it's OK, buy the model and I convert it for you.
